Grading Day at Eclipse Kickboxing 

Well Saturday I arrived nice and early ready for my grading at Eclipse. The grading took one and a half hours and was brilliant. We started off with some warm ups then progressed to being tested on a lot of past belt moves too make sure we hadn’t forgotten any. We followed this with some pad work and sparring which i was lucky enough to get Fran for a sparring partner which i always like. After sparring we went back into lines were we had to execute all the moves required for that grading. By the end of the morning i was totally shattered showing i need too work harder on my stamina and fitness but it was well worth all the effort.  At the end of grading  I was presented with my Orange belt as you can see in the picture by Fran the sweat was pouring off me but it was definitely all worth it.
